Use up the candy on Gameday

Do you have some leftover Halloween candy?  Try these..

Here's how to do it straight from Confessions of a Cookbook Queen

Bake a pan of brownies according to your recipe/box but when they’re done, remove from oven and DON’T turn the oven off.  Immediately sprinkle the surface generously with mini marshmallows (for a 9×13 pan you’ll probably need 3-4 cups)  and about a cup of assorted candy.  I used Fall colored M&Ms and Candy Corn, but you really could use anything.  For Christmas you could find some red, white and green candy that would look really cute and festive too.

Trunk or Treat Tailgate

As you think about your Halloween plans for next week, I wanted to do a re-post from last October to give you some fun ideas...

When we hear Tailgate, we think football.  But parking in a lot and having a little party can happen for any occasion.  You might be in a parking lot for another reason...a Trunk or Treat tailgate.  Trunk or Treats are such a creative way to celebrate Halloween...and it's just another reason to have a tailgate party.

College Hautees-Win it!

Full of style, and a super clever name, College Hautees, brings you darling, spirited gameday fashion.

Tamina Madsen, founder of College Hautees, left her career in law to get into the fashion world that is gameday.  Like many gals on Saturdays, she refused wearing her team's logo for so long because there weren't many fashionable choices sporting the logo.  Just this week, she has added several new teams and styles.  College Hautee's large variety of teams available is impressive. The line encompasses 37 different colleges,  giving so many choices for schools that you don't always see everywhere.

So how would you like to win a $50 gift certificate from College Hautee's?

To enter, give College Hautees a LIKE on Facebook.
