Tailgate practice: Rice Krispie Treats

Folks, the summer turns into football season about the end of July for coaches and players.  If you know a football coach, you know this is sacred time-there are just a few weeks every year he can travel with his family.  That time is now and if you look around the beaches, there are some football coaches vacationing.   Summer treats are always translatable to the busy football season, especially if there is some color involved.

Since beach snacks are usually easy and (keyword!) portable, a great beach snack = great tailgate snack. Rice Krispie treats are a classic beach snack and add just the right color of M&Ms to them, and you have a team themed snack.  For a special twist on the classic treat, check out Ally Garner, of Copacetic in Carolina's Pinterest board.
