Choose Your Chili and Have a Mojito Jell-O Shot

Chili used to basically be a conglomeration of tomatoes, red beans and ground beef.  It's a great thing that we can have chili in a lot more creative, interesting ways.  Food and Wine helps us with our Super Bowl planning by giving us their own collection of chef's chili recipes.

You can find the chili here:

(made with beef short ribs)

And while you're over at Food and Wine, check out their entire Super Bowl culinary guide:

They have collections of recipes for all-things-Super-Bowl. Fun pizzas, burgers, hot dogs, wings, beer pairings, gooey party desserts, ice cream sundaes, drinks for a crowd and more.

Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs with Avocado, anyone?
